Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» обязуется включать в свои контракты со спонсорами и лицензиатами положения, запрещающие им воспроизводить товарные знаки или упоминать конкурентов партнера на товарах, поставляемых по таким контрактам, или на лицензированных товарах, или на рекламных материалах, относящихся к любым товарам (включая лицензированные товары) или услугам, предоставляемым по таким контрактам.

competitive marks and products
Sochi 2014 shall include in contracts with Sochi 2014 sponsors and licensees provisions prohibiting them from depicting marks of or references to competitors of a partner on goods supplied under such contracts, or on licensed goods, or on marketing materials for any goods (including licensed goods), or services supplied under such contracts.
